Jonathan Evans

Chief Executive Officer

Jonathan has been working in the general insurance sector for 17 years. Having begun his career in the French market and subsequently at Lloyds of London, Jonathan has a broad range of experience in establishing complex insurance programs in the leisure, aviation, construction and energy sectors. He is also a specialist within the vehicle rental and rope access industries.

Graham Duerden

Finance Director

Graham is a qualified accountant and responsible for all financial aspects of the business. With over 25 year experience in a variety of industries including financial services, retail and motor trade, Graham is able to bring a broad, commercial approach to general operations and problem solving. Graham is also responsible for HR and Compliance.

Helen Allcock

Finance and HR Manager

Helen has 22 years finance experience and has been with M&P for the last ten years. Focusing on the day to day management of the finance department, Helen also deals with general office management and the planning and implementation of the Company’s professional training scheme.

James Weekes

Associate Director

James has worked in the insurance industry for six years with this time focused entirely on servicing high net worth customers. Working closely with a large range of introducers, James deals with a very wide range of insurance requirements including private medical insurance, art and jewellery collections and high value vehicles. He also specialises in large and complicated property insurance projects including unoccupied buildings and those undergoing extensive works.

Brad Taylor

Senior Account Executive

With 10 years of experience as an Account Executive in the insurance industry, Brad brings a broad level of market knowledge and technical experience to the business. Dedicated to delivering the best possible outcome for his customers, Brad can be relied upon to go the extra mile. He is a specialist in the vehicle rental, taxi and courier sectors.

Daniel Edwards

Senior Account Executive

Having started his career within the film industry, Daniel moved into the insurance sector in 2010 initially with Lloyds TSB where he provided specialist personal lines insurance solutions to their customer base. For the last six years Daniel has held a variety of senior underwriting and broking positions focused on non-standard insurance niches including distressed motor and professional indemnity. He is a specialist in the vehicle rental, taxi and legal sectors.

Anita Langhorne

Senior Account Executive

Anita graduated from a business management degree in 2008 and has been working in the financial services sector ever since. Dealing with a broad range of clients, predominantly with a focus on motor fleet, Anita also arranges a variety of types of other general insurance contracts ranging from property and liability to professional indemnity and private motor. Anita is a specialist in vehicle rental and taxi sectors.

Richard Loach

Senior Account Executive

Richard is an accomplished commercial account executive with over 30 years’ experience in the insurance broking and business development sectors. Richard specialises in a wide variety of commercial insurance risks and provides excellent customer service whilst working closely with our extensive panel of A rated insurers and Lloyds Underwriters to get the best possible policy and terms for his clients.

Dee Hawkey

Account Handler

Dee has been working in general insurance for the last 28 years. Having started her career in South Africa, Dee worked initially as a claims handler. She subsequently progressed into a business development role and later moved into underwriting culminating in a technical, team leader position. Dee provides technical and administrative support to the team of Commercial Account Executives at M&P.

Sam Carter

Account Handler

Sam has worked in the insurance industry since 2004. Having worked in both personal and commercial lines broking, Sam has a broad skill base which she uses to ably support both our Account Executives and our clients.

Roger Cook

IT and Telephony Manager

Roger has been working in the world of Information Technology for over 38 years, during which he has gained a wealth of experience and an MSc in IT. Having provided software and hardware support for businesses operating in a large range of different industries, he brings the latest and most efficient systems to the organisation.

Rachel Harris

Marketing Manager

Rachel has over 10 years of experience in the commercial insurance sector and a Certificate in Marketing. She began her career in South Africa as a commercial claims handler, then quickly transitioned into an Account Handler and most recently headed up an Underwriting Agency. Rachel handles our marketing & communications.
